Redline Denver East

The Redline Approach focuses on building fundamental athletic mechanics designed to maximize speed, explosiveness, strength and minimize injuries and time away from sport. The Redline Session is 60 minutes and features training on the turf and in the weight area that builds a confident athlete.   Redline sessions are different every day, fun and engaging, and a real challenge for athletes looking to find their edge. 

Redline Denver East is the largest youth sports performance center in the Redline network.  Denver East trains full teams on sport specific moves and mechanics designed to elevate the athleticism of the entire team.  Teams are also able to run drills in our 19000 sq foot facility as part of the Redline Team Training.  Contact Redline Denver East to set up turf or court time for your team training. 

Redline Sports Performance Specialists are also expert in their particular sport.  Redline offer 1 on 1 and 1 on 4 sessions with our coaches in sports such as Basketball, Volleyball, Futsal, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, Boxing, Softball, Baseball, Track, Rugby.  Sessions occur at the facility and need to be scheduled with the trainer.  Rates start at $75 for 1on1 and $40 for 1on4  per kid, per session.

Every Redline Athlete will complete a nine point performance test that is similar to what is collected at professional combines.  The athletes are also put through a Fusionetics  screen to further map their body mechanics.  This data is mapped over time to allow the athlete to see their progress and where they need to work harder. Redline also uses cameras (such as Trackman) to help the kids visually see how to change their mechanics for better results in their sport. 

Redline Denver East is a large facility capable of hosting multiple different sport camps at the same time.  Through out the year, Redline Denver East will offer camps that focus on basic athleticism as well as sport specific skill development.  Camps are designed to help the players truly immerse  themselves in their sport, or to get exposed to new sports.  Check the Redline Denver East website for new camps as they are posted regularly.  Camp pricing varies. 

Redline Denver East is an event center designed to bring the community together around our children and preparing them for the future.  The Facility is in regular use and is not always available for rental.  The Arctic Seagulls 3v3 Showcase calls the facility home as it is centrally located, well designed and functions well for a 3v3 showcase.  Call the facility at 303 809 9388 if you have questions or would like to rent the facility.
